If you're in the market at the right time, you'll spot a supply truck literally unloading an entire lot of wood in front of their shop before they hand pack it into the front room. A distinctive way to show off you're serious about bagels and surely one of rare places not only in Toronto to get a great bagel, but really anywhere outside of Montreal or New York.
